• By using this website and purchasing our handcrafted gifts, you agree to the following terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.  

Product accuracy and Customization 

•  Each gift basket is handcrafted and unique. While we strive for consistency with our signature recipes, some items may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value based on seasonal availability.  

Pricing and Payment  

• All prices are listed in USD. We require full payment at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your financial information on our servers.  

Shipping and delivery  

• Local pickup/delivery: Please ensure someone is available to receive the gift at the scheduled time.  
• Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our hands. Please double-check all shipping addresses; we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.  

Returns and refunds 

• Due to the custom and often perishable nature of our gift baskets, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will work with you to make it right. 

 Limitation of Liability  

• Covered by Christ Designs is not liable for any allergic reactions or issues Arising from the products inside the baskets, it is the customer's responsibility to rethink ingredient labels on any food or spa items included.
